Give to each participant in the group a piece of paper and everybody has to draw an item, any item. Then tell them that they have been stranded on a desert island, and only half of them can survive and continue to inhabit the desert island. Each person’s goal is to convince the rest of the group that they should survive.
The hard part is that the only thing that they have, it's only one item with them, is the item that they draw earlier.
Half of the group, have to survive!
