Description

Preparation:

In order for this activity to take place, you must ask the participants to bring a "precious" item, which is valuable to each individual. For example a photo of a trip, a sea shell, a drawing etc.

If a person has forgotten his or her item, he or she may look for another item that is available in the working space.

Implementation:

Step 1: Divide the group of participants into pairs. Each person should have their "valuable" item with them. This object must be described to their partner and then in turn hear the story of their couple about their "precious" object. Give the participants 2 minutes for this, and then ask them to exchange their items.

Step 2: Ask the participants to change pairs. This time they will describe the object that their previous couple gave them, trying to tell its story to their new partner. They can tell their true story or make a fictional one of their own (practicing their imagination and creativity).

Step 3: Ask participants to exchange items again and find new pairs. Repeat the process for as long as you think is needed or until each person's "valuable" item is returned to their original owner.
