Gather the group and have them sit in a circle. Tell them to close their eyes for 2 minutes and be silent. Direct them to breathe slow and counting 4 inhales and 4 exhales. Tell them to think that while they inhale white positive healing light comes through their body from the ground to the top of their head and while the exhale to think that negative energy and unwanted thoughts go away. After the 2 minutes pass, tell them to open their eyes and give them paper and pen to write down one negative thought they have, something that makes them feel stresses. When everyone finishes writing tell them to rip up the paper, their stress basically and put all the scraps in a bowl in the middle of the circle.
*This very good to start a meeting if you have a team of people about these kind of topics in general.
